Dear clergy and faithful of the Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter,
The publication of Divine Worship-Daily Office provides us with a wonderful tool for deepening the spiritual bond we share with one another through the offering of a distinct form of prayer that incorporates elements drawn from the Anglican prayerbook tradition. The regular round of daily prayer has been a foundational element for many in the formation of the faith that led us into the full communion of the Catholic Church. It is to be hoped that this book will be used, not only in the private devotions of individuals, but also in establishing the daily offering of Morning and Evening Prayer in our parochial communities as a recognizable feature of Ordinariate life and ministry.
As is common with new publications, after printing some have noted various errors. These are being noted, and corrections will be made in future editions of the book at such time as supply cannot meet demand. In the meantime, there are a few corrections that may be needed to the book in hand.

The Collect can be pasted on page 102 to correct the first printing (Note that the Collect traditionally begins, “Lord Jesu Christ…”, not “Lord Jesus…” as is printed in the second run). The texts of the missing Chapters fit nicely on the bottom of page 100 in the second printing, and that of the
I will be remembering all of you in the daily offerings of these Offices. Likewise, please remember Bishop Lopes and all of us who serve with him at the chancery in your prayers.
